The SS assumes a Palladium price double the current price. There are thousands of unwanted deposits around the world that are "worth something" if you assume their main commodity to be 2x the current price. You can own these mineral rights for a few hundred bucks and some paperwork. Now chn is worth more than that for its substantial optionality...tens of millions surely.
