Nice. PAC will receive full 5% of GQG and are cashing out 1%, anywhere between $50M and $75M. This will be nice as a buyback or purchase another boutique to contribute $5M to $7.5M in revenue (10% growth).
Not selling until August 2022 is a nice touch, means we are holding shares and receiving quarterly dividends (means PAC’s first half earnings will increase, stabilising earnings). Look for changes in what Ords recommends.
