These rights seem pretty standard fare to me, and by no means excessive or generous. No point setting the bar too high, or the time zone too short, which would incentivises short-sighted decision making.

If we wait, they wait. If we get 40 cps they get $100k each, not huge, if we get more we should be hugely delighted and not begrudge them a cent. If we get 30 they get nothing which disincentivises fire sales.

Without Dorado in development and a rip roaring exploration program we need to be realistic in our price expectations, and all the old expectation would usefully be discarded. We are in an era where the asset values of all oil assets are being substantially discounted and much exploration potential completely written off, and then there is the project specific uncertainty.
