I forewarned back on 15/3 that a CR was inevitable. It will be for working capital to sustain the director's overpaid fees and the exorbitant admin overheads for such a small company.
This company is now clearly rated a lifestyle company in my eyes. I only have a small parcel left to sell and it will be good riddance.
