Whatever % the sp has fallen since the advent of new management (~50% further collapse ?) under the control of HNG, there has been no candid report of underlying problems with their quest for profitability.

Equally unforgivable of management and the Borard, not a word of concern about the smashed sp or of the consequential destruction of investors remaining value …..of potential minor tax loss benefit.

Their main errant focus as you identified Dentie continues questionable M&A to our unwanted dilution and their enrichment, including shockingly Snr execs of HNG paid for their advice to the execs of AN1. How is that justifiable, even commercial let alone moral? Pathetic!
