Good observation. But market has zero confidence in old dinosaurs that they will not squander the cash in ill conceived plans - to bring that confidence the head count has to be trimmed to absolute minimum otherwise vested interests (i.e. those who wont be able to get a decent job outside) will dream up some project to prolong their employment!! The above along with their inability to get a decision after more than 3 months from ATO is spooking the investors!!
Sack the lot and shareprice will be at least 2.5 to 3 cents in a moment - the discount for dinosaurs is more than 50%
