That's what they do. Plus some STA which have some value and some unlisted Jacana Resources worth b#gger all. And a bit of cash. Directors have minimised costs with no office etc.
Do your sums and it is an alternative entry to SYR that will have significant franking credits when the SYR holding is eventually realised. Great for a SMSF holding.
