Either way, it's the same problem with small oilers where, due to POO, their curtailed sales devastate the P&L whilst corporate costs remain disproportionately high.
PEN seem to have a good handle on maintaining the right balance whilst on IOS, and will be jumping out of the starting gate when uranium pricing improves; the ISR model provides very scalable production with little extra cost.
Then there will be Karoo ... just got to learn the PDN lessons beforehand
