Why are you worried about a cap raising ?, this image of the last 2 years of income shows that revenue started at 68k and now is at 789k, more that 10x from 68k.
This webinar Adrian said if they cap raise it will be to lend out more money at around and average of 20% return.
That is fantastic, I would rather them get more money to lend out sooner at those rates.
A little stock diluted no worries, later in the years they can always buy back stock.
there are lots of other low cap companies that have even greater dilution than Spenda. With a lot less upside potential.
