Restriction under ASX Listing Rule Chapter 7
In February 2014, the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) has placed a restriction on Gulf to issue any new securities without
prior security holder approval until 14 February 2017, unless the issue comes within an exception in listing rule 7.2. As at the date
of this report, ASX has yet to lift the restriction.
I suspect this is causing the hold up.
