Well suffice to say there is not much to get excited about in here, normalisation of interest rates may see some stability and increase in the numbers H2 2023 FY, but I wouldn't count on it, would be a buyer under $1, but will wait for it to revers prior to buying any more.
This lender needs to improve the way it interact with brokers, charging upfront fees for valuations will see this lender remain a distant choice in the 3rd tier market. Having to pay to take a look at a lender that offers marginal benefits and nuances is an impediment to any material growth.
Looking for a big repositioning of servicing, product and policy for this one to achieve anything notable in the near to mid term future.
