Fair point that the NTA is only flat compared to prior period. That other revenue category has grown a lot in that time and looks like there will be more growth there so a much higher amount over the next 12 months should be a good chance can be easy for the NTA to climb. That's even if they still keep up this DRP and also do nothing the high cash balance. Looking ahead further though they might deploy more cash and more development projects coming NTA might find it easier to grow more strongly.

Seems like a buyer was happy with it on the open anyway, best volume day for a year already.
