So BC didn't want GEAR to have an advantage over Hebang and AEV by having GEAR undertake a note. But... BC quite willing for Hebang to have an advantage over GEAR and AEV.
And the stories keep getting spun and then unravelled. No wonder he wants to put me on ignore for highlighting his BS
It kinda reminds me that a key advantage of AEV was that it wasn't aligned to the Chinese. And then the Chinese took a stake and now people are cheering on the Chinese to take on the note from... the Chinese note holder.
Although it's not quite up there with the theory that Indonesia will want to be big in LFP... forgoing any advantage they have as a cheap nickel producer.

PS And for anyone thinking Au Xingao are screwing over AEV or playing hardball, consider Au Xingao bailed out the company and this debt has been known as falling due at this time for 3 years. Seems to me BC was spinning to many plates and some began to wobble
