I previously alluded to AEV placement capacity earlier. I thought it had been fully utilised during the big raise with GEAR and Hebang.

ASX Listing Rule 7.1.A
"Listing Rule 7.1A allows eligible entities to issue up to 10% of their share capital in every 12 month period with approval by way of a special resolution of shareholders passed at an annual general meeting"

Prior to the big CR in December, AEV had 1,737,257,249 SOI.

In the December CR, AEV :
"7D.1c ( i ) How many +securities are proposed to be issued without +security holder approval using the entity's additional 10% placement capacity under listing rule 7.1A? 173,725,724"


And now AEV said for this current CR:
"137,125,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be issued under the Company’s existing Listing Rule 7.1A placement capacity"

Any thoughts?
