Message:
On Tuesday, 30 September 2014 Christchurch City Holdings Limited ("CCHL")
released a compulsory acquisition notice to the outstanding shareholders of
Lyttelton Port Company Limited (NS) ("LPC").
Pursuant to footnote 5 of Listing Rule 5.4.1, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises
that the last day of trading in LPC Ordinary Shares ("LPC") will be Monday, 6
October 2014. Trading in LPC will be suspended from close of business on this
day. Subject to conditions being met, LPC will be delisted at a later date.
