Fron memory I believe previous announcements have already stated that the crude graphite can be readily purified to battery grade graphite, and that the said battery grade graphite has also been independently tested by the CSIRO with very favorable results.

I understand the need for testing and certification of the product, but I ask does that really take 12 months to do !?

IMHO they are deliberately stalling for time for some reason.
