Meh. I see this as fluff announcement.
Good that they are planning markets for the Graphitic carbon output, but its moot unless they get the reactor going in full commercial mode.
Market likes it, but for me its all about that reactor and proving it works at scale to get any real sustainable upward shift in that SP.
