How can we 'plan our exits well' when the SP is in the gutters? And the Board and MD remain dishonest and manipulative because they are incompetent. I will not tire everyone with the facts since it has been laid bare by so many well-informed investors here.
I am interested though in getting this mob of 88E management out. We have to admit we failed to bring about a spill at the last AGM!
Doc, do you have any thoughts? How can we come up with an alternative plan, and enforce the circulation of it to all shareholders under the minority interest protections schemes or other enforceable rules under ASIC? Can we approach a lawyer? For example
Dear all, instead of us venting our frustration here day in day out, we should come up with an alternative and viable plan for 88E and get rid of this MD and Board. We will do much service to all the thousands of silent shareholders.
