Company management say Bpays needed to be in 3 days early (Not in the offer doc), go to Computershare to find out (I'm yet to have a useful Computershare event) and call back latter this week if funds not received.

They closed the offer 3 days early, it would have been ok the bpay on the friday if they didn't close it early. Anyway just follow it up with MGV to see what is happening it should have been refunded by now.
