I don't think the spend on her salary was necessarily the problem. More the quantity spent on all things for lacklustre results in the last year. Hail Mary drilling.
Also my prior (apparently pertinent) question wrt drilling program oversight.
See in photo... they drilled E-W on both sides of E-W trending pits.
Drill siting and value for money is the biggest issue they have to address otw these options are worthless.
It really needs a change in approach and will all the pointed defence of current staff capability I wonder whether it will happen. It might.
