concerning when the person listed on the market communications on who you should communicate with if you have any further enquires (ie Kate) and that person does not respond to your questions - red flag and potentially a breach of basic company responsibilities.(note i have had a similar experience)
time to for me raise a question with both the asx and or the regulator just so its on record.
so many red flags have appeared over time ( by way of example , related interests / potential conflicts of interest / selling activity post announcements / financial viability of the company , eg loans o/s v $64 k in the bank, and so on / so on)
lets hope the directors understand their responsibilities
still think there is a decent asset here - but not sure i have any confidence with the person leading the company
