GSR given a lifeline were running out of funds and in a difficult environment for penny stocks to raise capital
Combined entity is dilutive for HRZ over 1B shares. Hard to assess the economics without a deal for production.
Greenfields mill mentioned. It appears this hinges on a toll milling deal with FMR
FMR is a major shareholder of GSR so it would be beneficial to produce through its Greenfield's mill. Will this happen anytime soon?
Hard to quantify the benefit for HRZ shareholders.
