Don't be confused - there's a lot of value add coming up. You can clearly see that people who have read through the report in detail as well the past history can see great value in this for the future.
I try not to take a narrow view point of a company, especially if its a junior explorer. In the case of KRR:
(1) They have the potential to be a significant producer of HPA and Type 1,2,3 & 4 precursors
(2) They have Australia's largest Vanadiferous Titanomagnetite ore body with significant amounts of Alumina and Magnesium, from which they are planning on deriving 3 value added products - Titanium Dioxide, Vanadium Pentoxide/Vanadium Electrolyte and High purity Fe powder.
(3) They have around 27 million tons of Flourspar which can significantly boost revenues if mined.
(4) They have Gold tenements which at some point they may decide to divest and earn royalties in the form of some FCF.

So yeah, I'm sure a lot of people have done some detailed analysis on this company and see the potential down the line.
