All ball-park/ back of an envelope stuff, but I personally see shareholder value and if I was looking get on board this soon to be merged entity either as a new investor or someone looking to increase their HRZ holding then the math could well swing an investment towards GSR at this point anyway. Yes/No?

To put your calculation in the context of the merger announcement one Greenstone share is worth 0.2868 of an Horizon share at 5.3 cents equals 5.3 times 0.2868 values one Greenstone share at 1.5 cents. So our share price is undervalued by the market.
