i'm a bit bleary on the maths, Espinsight, Lowkey may give an up to date perspective. But I get the gist of what you're saying.As I've said elsewhere, I'd favour the merger, but the looting by the Board with their unearned performance shares, gets up my nose. However,I suspect the share price is being manipulated in such a way as to make the merger attractive to GSR shareholders in spite of the performance share fiasco.Do we cut our noses off to spite our face? Unless we come up with an alternative Board of directors committed to serving all shareholders who have a viable plan to mine our gold in short order,we may have to grit our teeth and go with the current plan if we want to see value restored to our holdings. I'd welcome comments from others.
