The biggest issue has been less skarn and more intrusion than they hoped for (expected). Its been obvious for a while that the results have been pretty patchy in between the high grade zones.
Given the drill results I think KK's current focus of presenting the high grade Hualilan component as a low cost, high return, stand alone project is the right strategy.
Not a perfect outcome but then again - few things ever are.
