Thanks for the update @HAC30 , if you ever have a spare 30 mins and want to check out the interview with David Goodwin today I'll be curious on your insight if it aligns with some of the things he suggested.
I do like the updated site and the look of the portal, the big question now is what level of demand is out there ready to give it a go? Do the recent staff hirings give us a hint on that? Going to be interesting to see as the scale up the other method isn't going to be rapid enough so this method might potentially change all that with a pay as you go model rather than full procedural changes.
