Director, Regional Market Development (Brazil & LATAM)

The Regional Market Development Manager role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for our radiopharmaceutical products in Brazil and LATAM. The role will also involve providing technical support and training to customers, including radiologists, nuclear medicine technologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure optimal use and performance of our imaging products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for radiopharmaceutical products in Brazil and LATAM
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and preferences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing activities
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our radiopharmaceutical products, including relevant imaging software and hardware
• Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and new product development
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact the radiopharmaceutical market in Brazil and LATAM
