I though it would be worth while to revisit the most recent data we have on the MAST trial.
There is a lot of information here beyond the obvious head line of a 75% response rate to date (18 patients SD, PR, or CR out of 24 evaluated)

Data was cut 31/10/2023 Highest Cohort available 1 X 10 ^8

ASX Announcement 14/08/2023 first patients was dosed 1 X 10 ^ 8.This ties in with US09-003, being on the study for approx 70 days.

Due to pseudo progression (tumour size swells as the virus initially infects). There could be scope for further improvement in cohort 4 (10 ^ 8) being early days.

Could we get another complete or partial response from Cohort 4?

Patient AU04-000 would offer the best chance being only 20 days on treatment and IT mono therapy

IT mono therapy has achieved the only PR and CR to date. Additionally, the best viral replication (grade 3 “intense”) was produced by IT mono therapy to date.

Imugene is now in cohort 5 (3 X 10 ^ 8). First patient dosed 02/11/2023. >100 days now past

It will be interesting to see the next cut of data and updated graphs to try and see any trends. Ie after 100 days on the study is one able to evaluate how successful treatment has been. Or due to pseudo progression, does it take longer to determine.

In this data two patients had bile duct cancer. US02-001 – IT mono therapy CR & US03-008 IV mono therapy SD (2 of the top 6 overall responses to date). It’s clear to see why IMU is excited and exploring Bile duct cancer further.
