I can tell you are running out of BS to scare investors away.
it seems obvious that until they will release an announcement (good or bad), this company will be treated as an R/D. They could not do differently.

once all the boxes will be ticked, and they will proudly announce to the world, it will be a different story.

in the meantime please work a little bit harder to find something negative about this company, that one doesn’t really work.
I am telling this because I am worried for you, I really don’t want you lose your job, lately you are not performing well and your firm I believe is aware of that too.
