Could you please provide what you base this statement on. Does not match my experience with this company for the last two years.

I must have missed an announcement that stated actual factual quantitative data on these underground resources. If you could point out that announcement(s) that would be appreciated.

To my knowledge they have not been timely in keeping the market updated with announcements.
Anyway it is like talking about the weather. There is nothing you can do but wait...
