Each State or Territory manage its own jurisdiction and as such they have clearly set out processes and procedures. A precursor letter to actually granting a mining lease doesn't exist other than in an announcement by AEV.
And as for the gaslight comment about rental fees. That has nothing to do with the discussion...IF it was part of the discussion it would be along the lines a "condition" of a granted mining lease not a claimed precursor.
If it is genuine then present the letter for shareholders to see, there is no commercial sensitivity if is merely a letter of intent...
