Yes, I agree. It wasn't easy to find for me either and the options as to which process flow are also challenging to navigate.
Even in this flow chart (done poorly) I cannot make the connection to something called a (“Intent to Grant Letter”). By using such a formal definition of the latter it slurs the ability for someone trying to follow the process by playing the games, which the Chairman does constantly.
Reminds of his first major ASX announcement which someone flagged and it got them a breach notice from the ASX over non-compliance matters with the content.
Easier if they just disclose the actual letter wouldn't you say? I am also now a little curious as to what the date is on the alleged letter as well.
