The school holiday/public holiday reference is a genuine remark. During the Q there are 10 PH across various states. The ones over Easter are also combined with school holidays during Easter where many planners will themselves be on extended holidays with family. This is not some made up BS by management like some on here would like the nervous to think. This is a genuine slow time for this type of business. It's a slower period than xmas. Yes xmas.
