IAM management are some of the most experienced operators in the field.The current share price is the least of their concerns because they know the deals that are in store will make the share price many multiples of what it is now.
To insinuate that they panicked because an announcement had been missed is something a Company with no revenue or product & looking for a credit raise would do.That certainly doesn't sound like what I know about IAM..
IAM not trying to pump them up because they don't need it hence their lack of a marketing team.They are confident enough in their own product to know they don't need one & ever since SRT days this Company's modus operandi has definitely not included the need to rush out announcements or fake deals..
They are most certainly not desperate as you claim.
Maybe you should lay off the mull for awhile?
