    yes “can’t” is correct. Sorry I know what I mean but sometimes I push the post button before re reading.

    if the plan is to use D2O water, who is setting the price? Would need an arms length valuation, prior to transacting.

    higher interest rates are here to stay and likely to move higher. Asset valuation will most likely be under pressure, particularly if no operating return
