They said they were in the throes of a discussion with Experion re the setting up of the meeting with FDA. It takes 60 days for the meeting to be scheduled and that is after they have their so called fact finding discussion with the FDA first. I would say don't hold your breath at this stage. Plenty of irons in the fire ATM and things could pop on many other fronts...FDA Scmefda! 3 months away for mine. Leave the FDA stuff to the mob that buys RAP out! Now for a bit of positive news from UK, Germany, China etc that would fire things up eh?
