Marketing will always prominently feature in EZZ expediture , perhaps around 40% of sales.....Add 30% COGS we get 30% EBITDA.
In their presentation , for the current quater they are projecting 75% uplift in sales over Q3,2023 or roughly $23m , which is a delayed effect of the large marketing campaign in the previous quarter.
At this rate of sales growth , EZZ will soon reach $100m sales PA & $30m EBITDA even if marketing spend stayed at 40% of sales.
Obscene numbers for an outfit valued under $40m & has heaps of cash with zero borrowings.
