must be tin-rattling time. only 800k in the bank and as usual nothing much to show for it - except "potential". great that there is "potentially" 300k ounces of gold but when are they going to take any meaningful steps to mine it? at this rate - never.
yet another CR of one sort or another on its way and its going to massively dilute minority holders who don't participate. if I was a cynic i'd say that's a desired outcome (lucky I'm not a cynic.).
given the underwhelming support for shareholders at the last rights issue I think they'd be trying for private placement.
100m shares at 2c is only 2m - thats more than a 50% increase in shares on issue and about 50% of the market cap. this is looking more like a 1c share by the day.
i'm only happy i sold a bunch (regretting it wasn't more of course) last time there was a decent SP rally and put it int something that made me money.
