My thesis for investing a couple of years ago was based upon the Clark land holding and the value that I felt would be extracted for shareholders. I have some concern that any value that is extracted from Clark will end up being ploughed into other parts of the business. I have no opinion on the other parts of the business (education and training) but am not interested in being invested in them long term. With my concern that any money made from Clark will disappear to 'rapidly growing the business' or other such notions I am thinking of not participating and getting off the bus now and moving on to ther opportunities. What are other people's opinions?
