The problem with 'hinting',being unclear or leaving investors guessing, whether a CR is required (as per this announcement) is it spooks the market. Someone said 1.6c is the word on the street. If this continues to sell off to 1.6c then it might be lower. On a plus, the gap at 2c is closed.
