There must be something about this stock that seems to attract the "nasties" at the drop of a hat! They don't own stock (or so they claim) but they keep a keen eye and go in boots and all.
Just hope the co finds something really great for the s/h's and the nasties can be kicked to oblivion. Knowing the type though, they will always find a way to get stuck in. Quite a few stocks have them at this end of the market.
