How many times in this short presentation did Tony say what a wonderful deal the takeover offer is for RAP shareholders. The need for hammering his point of the fabulous ‘ money in pocket deal with no further risk’, backed up by some questionable logic and facts, made him sound less than convincing. At the end of the presentation I was questioning his real motive for pushing a yes vote and assuring our company’s great future is not to be shared by current and long term holders and believers. Once our BOD were true believers too I thought.
