It’s not is if we are going to be able to take advantage of any information. At what point does the requirement for disclosure kick in for shareholders. Just because trading is suspended it shouldn’t suspend keeping the owners of the company informed. Of course without breaching any confidentiality associated with the now mythical deal that’s in play.
