this is a tightly held register of holders who bought in for the longer term. Would not suprise me if we see these get steadily exercised and held over the next couple years. This is how Capitol raising should be done, and you just have to love it.
not sure it’s just a coincidence we had someone take a large portion of the shares in the week before this, but I’m not too bothered by it. It’s still MUCH friendlier to exisiting share holders than giving a single investment institution a 15% discount for a Capitol raising, who will just dump all the cheap shares into the market a few months later.
