Looks like a vote of confidence by the note holders.
140 $5,000 notes were issued 4th Dec 2023. Only 10 notes have been paid out. Now there will be 130 (loan replacement) $5,000 notes.
I think I was correct in an earlier post. The company raised more money than it was entitled to.
This should fix that problem.
