they obviously could sell stock but it is notifiable now and shoots them in the foot for the project if they do sell. they have bought the larger chunk at 6.2cents and will loan or organise the loan for debt funding. they would surely be interested in making a profit and company success. it wouldn't make sense to sell for a small profit as if they start to sell market would see and down grade the rest of the investment they have.
