Effectively TON is raising capital at 4.1 cents and it found a partner to help with financing.
The shares purchased at 6.2 cents is kind of like off market transaction in which shares are changing hands (that money is not flowing into the company). I wonder why 6.2 cents per share is paid to another Chinese company but not to TON.
