just consider if you never had that large construction finance and Chinese banks . Imagine if you were an Australian or Canadian project . And you had to raise all that money . At best , say a 50m mc and a 100m capex to raise . 50-50 debt equity if you can line up the Australian banks ? So the equity component of 50m you need a 1 for 1 or at a discount to 40m a 5 for 4 equity issue ,,,,,get the picture ?

It’s ugly if you don’t have large debt finance that the Chinese construction and banks are lining us up with.
