Are you able to articulate a business plan specific to Triton that entails a financing package that is completely funded by debt? I don't care what Syrah has done either.

I'm looking for you to explain to shareholders how Triton can secure 100% debt financing with current asset base & market conditions?

In a perfect world no company would ever increase shares on issue but in reality most companies in their infancy will need to leverage capital via issuing shares.

Triton will have raised 10% of the total 15% equity component of financing Ancuabe post 'Jinan' resolution.

If & when you add a small capital raising even at current prices & coupled with the equity Triton is left with a pretty tidy share registry...I'm sure the projected earnings per share will be very attractive, even on say 1.5 bill share registry.

There are many very intelligent & business savvy investors in Triton that say it will secure financing..Jinan are not going to let $18.5 mill go quietly into the night.

Within the next 2 months the conversations on this forum are going to be very different.
